*** Currently I am not teaching yoga classes, but the yoga continues by becoming part of the individualized remedial exercise or 'homework' that comes with a Massage Therapy plan such as for postural restoration or pain management.

By uniting body and mind, we become centered in ourselves, in a deep place of inner peace. That place becomes our grounding point, our point of stability. When we meet the world from a place of wholeness and compassion, others can be inspired by a more genuine and inclusive way of relating.

 

Namaste: The light in me, sees the light in you. Before we can say 'namaste' with absolute integrity, we must first discover our own inner light! Developing your own yoga practice will assist you in cultivating non-judgemental awareness and finding full acceptance of yourself and all that is. Once we attain full and  loving acceptance of the present moment, we know how to move forward into our truest expressions of self and acceptance of others.
